The agreement between you and AA Traders for this website and for the COD Control platform.
These terms govern your use of aatraders.co and of COD Control, the operations platform built and operated by AA Traders. By using either, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
AA Traders is a consumer-brands group headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan, with a commercial office in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: info@aatraders.co.
The content of this website is provided for information. We keep it accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or current. Everything on it — text, images, logos, brand names and design — belongs to AA Traders or its brands and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Links to our brands' own sites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms.
Access to COD Control is granted to a named person by the merchant that holds the account. You are responsible for what is done under your login, and for keeping it to yourself. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been used by somebody else.
A merchant's business data remains that merchant's property. We process it to provide the platform and for nothing else. We do not sell it, share it between merchants, or use it to train models. See our Privacy Policy.
COD Control connects to services you already use — your storefront, your couriers, your advertising accounts, your bank. You authorise each connection yourself and can revoke it at any time. When you do so, you remain bound by that provider's own terms, and you are responsible for using the platform in a way that complies with them. That includes, in particular, the advertising policies and developer terms of Meta, Google and TikTok.
You may not use COD Control to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to send unsolicited messages, to attempt to reach another merchant's data, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access to it without our written agreement.
We work to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Parts of it depend on third-party APIs we do not control; when one of those is unavailable or changes, the features that rely on it may be affected.
COD Control reports on money, parcels and advertising, and those reports are built from data supplied by storefronts, couriers, banks and advertising platforms. We take care to report it faithfully, but we do not warrant that any figure is error-free, and commercial decisions you take on the basis of it are yours.
Where a merchant subscribes to COD Control, fees, billing period and notice are set out in the agreement signed with that merchant. Nothing on this website is an offer of a particular price.
COD Control, its source code, interface and documentation belong to AA Traders. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own business for as long as your account is active. Nothing is assigned to you.
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, where use puts the service or other merchants at risk, or where fees go unpaid. On termination you may request an export of your data, and we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for loss arising from a third-party service we do not control; and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid to us in that period.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and material changes affecting merchants are notified inside the platform before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, except that nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent relief in the courts of Pakistan where the business concerned operates.
