AA Traders is an operator with an engineering team. COD Control is the platform we build in-house and run in production every day — the system that takes an order from a storefront, through a courier, to cash actually collected at the customer's door.
In Pakistan most orders are paid in cash at the door. An order is not revenue when it is placed — it is revenue weeks later, if the parcel is delivered and the money is remitted. Orders get cancelled, parcels come back, couriers deduct charges. Standard e-commerce tooling reports the checkout and stops there.
COD Control is a single web application. Every team — dispatch, calling, warehouse, finance, media buying — works inside it, with permissions scoped to their role and an audit trail behind every change.
Shopify and Daraz orders sync continuously, with tags, customer history and order edits written back to the storefront.
Parcels are booked directly with the courier from inside the portal, labels printed in batches, and handovers recorded against a real proof of dispatch.
PostEx, M&P and Leopards connected by API — booking, live status, load sheets, city coverage and per-city risk.
Every courier remittance is matched parcel by parcel against what was booked, with charge audits that catch what was deducted and should not have been.
Returned parcels are scanned in, verified against their order, restocked automatically, and the reason for the return captured while it can still be acted on.
A confirmation and recovery queue with an integrated softphone, call logs, complaint tracking and claims against couriers.
Bank statements are parsed and matched to courier remittances, so settled money is proved from a document rather than assumed.
Stock, cost of goods and packaging costs per product, so margin is known at the order line and not at the end of the month.
Ad spend from each connected advertising account, joined to delivered cash-on-delivery revenue — the subject of the section below.
This is the part of COD Control that connects to advertising platforms, and the reason we apply for API access.
COD Control integrates the advertising platforms' own official marketing APIs — the Meta Marketing API, the Google Ads API and the TikTok Marketing API. For every advertising account a merchant connects and authorises, it reads daily and hourly performance: spend, impressions, clicks, and the names and status of campaigns, ad groups and ads.
It then does the thing a cash-on-delivery business actually needs: it joins that spend to delivered revenue from the couriers, after cancellations and after returns. A campaign that looks profitable at checkout and loses money at the doorstep is visible on the same screen, on the same day.
From that same screen, our media buyers do their daily work without switching tools:
On TikTok specifically, we use the TikTok Marketing API for campaign management, reporting, creative management and audience management on the advertiser accounts connected to the platform.
COD Control is not a configured off-the-shelf tool. It is our own application, deployed continuously, with the people who run the brands sitting beside the people who build it.
COD Control is the software our own teams run on every day. If you're a platform partner reviewing our integration, or a supplier or courier we work with, get in touch and we'll walk you through it.
